What happens when a buyer makes an inquiry on a condo listed on the site?
When a buyer makes an inquiry on the site a lead notification is automatically sent to the seller’s specified email address. The seller can then log into their account and see the buyer’s contact information and respond to the inquiry using the lead management tools on their account.
Can Condo.com act as a buyer’s agent on my behalf?
Yes. If you are interested in a property in a market where Condo.com is a licensed real estate broker, we can help you with the buying process.  We can always help you identify a licensed Agent in the Condo.com community to assist you.
Can Condo.com help me obtain a mortgage?
Condo.com can put you in touch with a Mortgage Broker in your area to help you obtain financing for a condo. Does Condo.com charge a commission if my condo is sold?
Condo.com does not charge commissions for properties listed and sold on the website. Condo.com passes leads directly to paying advertisers and provides all advertisers with buyer contact information, keeping the seller in control of the selling process. 

If Condo.com is engaged as the buyer's agent, there is a commission on the sale which is included in the commission paid by the seller.
Does Condo.com list my condo on the MLS?
Condo.com does not list your condo on the MLS. However, Deluxe and Premium listings on the website receive increased exposure through distribution to our global syndication network. You can view a list of websites where Condo.com ads are displayed by clicking here.
How do I receive leads on my property?
Through our site and our global network of partner sites your listing is exposed to millions of buyers every month. When a buyer finds your property and requests more information, you will receive the lead in your personal lead management inbox and be sent a message informing you of the new lead.
Can Condo.com help me with the listing process?

Where else will my listing get exposure when I list on Condo.com?
Once you have uploaded a photo of your unit and completed the listing process your listing will be automatically syndicated around the world through our global network of partner sites. You can view a list of global websites that are currently partnered with us in the Marketing Center of our website.
Why should an Agent list on Condo.com?
Condo.com helps agents gain national and international exposure for their listings and real estate services through our global real estate network. How long will my listing stay on Condo.com?
Condo.com offers three different for sale and for rent listing options to users listing their property on the website. You can choose to advertise your listing on a free, monthly or until sold basis. If you choose our until sold option, your property will remain on the website until you sell the unit and remove it from the site. Our monthly plan allows you to list your unit for 31 days at a time and free listings will expire after 7 days.
Can I list multiple properties or an entire building on the site?
Yes. Condo.com has several programs that allow you to list multiple properties or your entire building on the site. You can list multiple properties for a discounted rate by joining our Power Seller program.
