My name is Alexis Pierson and I have been practicing real estate since 2006. The real estate market around Camp Lejeune Marine Corp Base is truly one of a kind. Over and over again we see articles in Business Week or on MSNBC proclaiming that Jacksonville NC is the most recession resistant city in the United States, or the best city in North Carolina to raise kids. All in all, it's a great place to own real estate!
In 2006, I decided to pursue a career in real estate after purchasing my first home. I had a great experience buying my home because I worked with a quality REALTOR, and now I strive to give that level of service to my clients. I enjoy working with people, and as the daughter of a retired Navy Electrician and wife of a prior Marine, I have a thorough understanding of the needs of the military family. As a real estate agent, I specialize in the purchase and sale of Starter Homes in Jacksonville NC, Richlands NC, Hubert NC, and the Greater Onslow County area. In addition to those areas, I am the neighborhood expert for Branchwood Subdivision in the city of Jacksonville. I built my business working with First-Time Home Buyers, and now am happy to help them sell their homes as well. I am also very dedicated to the success, growth, and forward thinking progress of our local Board of REALTORS. I moved to Jacksonville NC in the summer of 2002 from Mililani, Hawaii, so that I could be closer to some of my family. Four the first four years that I lived here, I worked in the Jacksonville Mall in a commission based sales job for an authorized cellular sales company. The jump from cell phones to real estate was a pretty big one, but the transition went relatively smooth. In 2007, I met my future husband through a mutual friend, and in April of 2009, we got married on Topsail Island. We are happy to call Jacksonville 'home', and we live here with our two cats, Cleo and Pika, and our two dogs, Pepper and Oscar.
